How do I return an item?

Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return the item(s). We want you to be completely satisfied with your shopping experience at whitelabellinen.com. Please read the information below & follow the instructions in our return process to ensure your return is handled promptly & accurately. 

You have 10 days after you receive your order to inform us of any discrepancies (yours or ours) that may cause you to return. You will need to choose which of the following options you would like & then follow the steps outlined on the return procedure. Once you receive your RMA form, we give you 30 days to have your return postmarked back to us. 

Merchandise that cannot be returned includes
  • Opened Packages
  • Used / Laundered Items
  • Clearance & Factory Discount Items
  • Any merchandise postmarked 60 days after purchase
  •  

    Return for straight refund 
    When your return is received & processed, you will be issued a refund less a 10% restocking fee. All refunds will be given via the original method of purchase.

    Return for exchange -
    Simply place a new order for the items you'd like to exchange for (order needs to be of equal or greater value than the return). When the return is received & an exchange order is verified, we will refund you 100% for the returning merchandise.

    Return for in-Store credit - 
    If you plan on shopping with us in the future, you may want to request an in-store credit (no restocking fee applies). When your return is received & processed, you will be refunded via in-store credit on your account. If you do not have an account, you will receive a gift card code for your future purchases. 

    Return for replacements due to receiving defective / incorrect items - 
    You will need to return the defective / incorrect product to us per the return procedure. When your return is received & processed, we will send you replacements. 
    If you need your replacements faster than this process (usually 2-3 weeks) will allow:

  • You will need to place & pay for a new order for the replacements with the shipping method needed to meet your time frame.
  • When the return is received, inspected & deemed defective / incorrect, rather than send replacements we'll refund:
  • 100% for the returning merchandise
  • The shipping cost of your replacements – only if shipped via ground service
  • *We are not responsible for, nor will we credit for any expedited shipping costs*

     

    Return with our shipping label - 
    Shipping can be expensive & while we can't pay for your return shipping for you, we can help. The benefits of receiving a label from us is that you get our shipping discount, we'll email it to you with your RMA form & you just print. Once you have the label on the box, you can get it back to us by one of the following: 

  • drop it off at any UPS depot
  • drop it off at any UPS store / authorized UPS dealer
  • hand it off to any UPS driver

  • If you would like us to provide the UPS label for returning your package, please let us know. The way this works is that we will simply deduct the cost of the return shipping (the label cost) from your refund. That way there is no immediate cost to you to return & no lines to wait in. If you prefer to pay immediately & wait in line to return your package, that is ok too. 

    Most RMAs (Return Merchandize Authorizations) are processed within 2-5 business days once your package is received
